Q: How do i book my guitar in for work/setup etc
A: All you need to do is call us on 07483 167155 or email us via our contact page and will will confirm a convenient day and time for drop off. Once your guitar is ready, we will let you know and confirm a convenient day and time for collection.
Q: Do I need to bring my guitar in to you in its case?
A: Yes please, guitars really need to travel and be stored in a case of some kind. This keeps them safe from accidental damage.
Q: How do i pay / Do you accept payment by bank card?
A: Yes. We accept all major debit/credit cards. There is no processing fee. We send you a payment link via text or email when your guitar is done and ready for collection.
Q: How long does it take to repair my guitar
A: This depends on the size of the project/repair. Most basic work is done within 48 hours.
Q: Can I ship my guitar to you for repair?
A: Yes, But, it is at your own risk. I would always recommend a personal visit, especially with instruments of high value, sentimental or monetary. We of course can post back, you can send a courier to collect, again this is at your risk
Q: If I send you images of my broken guitar, can you tell me if its possible to repair and give me a price to fix it?
A: Yes we are happy to do this. The price will be a guide, as we can not always see all the problems
Q: Do you buy used/secondhand guitars?
A: Yes we do and consider all guitars for purchasing once they have been inspected.
