Our Payment Service Provider is Stripe, one of the largest payment gateway services. Stripe provide a secure payment gateway processing payments for thousands of online businesses, including ours. It is Stripe’s priority to ensure that transaction data is handled in a safe and secure way. Stripe uses a range secure methods such as fraud screening, I.P address blocking and 3D secure. Once on the Stripe system, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards. Stripe is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant to the highest level and maintains regular security audits. They are also regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure that their systems are impenetrable. In addition, you know that your session is in a secure encrypted environment when you see https:// in the web address, and/or when you see the locked padlock symbol alongside the URL. So when buying through our site, you can be sure that you are completely protected.

Delivery

We will endeavour to dispatch all goods the very same day if we receive an order before 1pm, most orders will then be delivered the next working day unless the listing has a different delivery estimate or a lead time like wiring harness that need building to order first. All orders are fully tracked and insured.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, if you are not you can return your order for a full refund within 7 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be sent back in its original packaging.
